We’re excited to announce that Rocky Trail Destination has been named a finalist for the 2024 Innovate with the nbn® Australia Innovation Grants Program!
We’re not ones to brag, but our team’s innovative thinking and drive to to enhance regional adventure tourism and trail-based activities, especially through technology for this particular project, is something we’re incredibly proud of. Together with our sister company, Rocky Trail Entertainment, we’ve always been passionate about connecting people with the incredible natural beauty and adventure opportunities that regional Australia has to offer!
To enhance regional adventure tourism and trail-based activities, Rocky Trail Destination has been working on the new Destination Zone portfolio, a transformative digital platform to make regional destinations more accessible and well-managed. By leveraging data on trail usage, conditions, and visitor demographics, our objective is to enable trail network stakeholders to make informed decisions to improve trail sustainability, optimise maintenance, and demonstrate ROI through increased tourism spend. This is to ultimately enhance both the visitor experience and regional visitor economies.
